Imagine a student alone at their desk and trying to find all the answers independently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This kind of setup won&#8217;t help the students solve any problem. It may be the case for some teachers. Well, there are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.learnzoe.com\/blog\/how-to-find-the-best-online-math-tutor-for-your-child\/\">online institutions that have collaborative math online tutoring<\/a> sessions. The teachers collaborate with their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.learnzoe.com\/blog\/how-to-make-math-fun-for-elementary-students\/\">students to help them learn math<\/a> easily and efficiently. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.learnzoe.com\/blog\/learnzoe-math-online-activity-3-digit-addition\/\">Learn ZOE<\/a> is one of them.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encouraging collaboration in an online math class <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In classroom education, collaboration between teachers and students is vital. Virtual education collaboration is probably more essential as teachers and students communicate online only. Aside from a matching game, a concentration game is also ideal. The teacher will provide a set of cards, and the student will select two cards to do Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, or Division.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Family Activities<\/strong> \u2013 Give the student an activity that will require the help of their parents or any of the family members. A very good example of this is the snake and ladders. It&#8217;ll help kids recognize <a href=\"https:\/\/www.learnzoe.com\/blog\/number-sense-and-counting-activities\/\">numbers in dice and learn how to count<\/a>. For students at higher grade levels, maybe using two dice will make it more challenging for them.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li> <strong>Reading Activity<\/strong> \u2013 Math can be intimidating, especially for young learners. Reading books with math problems will help children learn to love math.
